What file types do I receive with my order?

Once your order is complete you will receive a JPEG and PDF of the finished illustration. We do not share vector/AI files.

I don't have an image of all of us together for my portrait, how will it work?

That’s no problem! One of what I feel are the best traits about our portrait is they take many elements and combine them all together. So we can use many different images and produce something truely special for you.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we don’t offer refunds*, but we will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your finished piece.

*Under some circumstance, we may offer a partial refund, this is at the sole discretion of our shop.

Do you have any real photo to illustration comparisons?

Absolutely! Due to data protection, it’s not viable for us to show real photos alongside our listings. So to keep things simple we have our own PDF! Check it out here.

We understand¬† that ordering custom items online can sometimes be a little unnerving, particularly if you’ve never done so! Please feel free to contact us with any concerns!

We don’t save or share any of the images/information you send us! We will view it within the email or link you send. We will never download or store/share your data.

We ship internationally and in-fact one of our biggest client bases is the USA. Incase you’re waiting on a reply we typically operate form 9am – 5pm GMT
